Hello,
I've been playing and lagging so I've did some readings and it looks like the Server is crapping out on 5v5 for a lot of people. I've lagged in PvE as well from time to time but while I was lagging I was looking at other players I play with. It seems to me that a particular player doesn't seem to lag and running like nothing is happening to them while some others will lag. That got me thinking that this game does a Client Host for rooms instead of server creating a game room. Now some will they don't lag while other do. It possible that you're closer to the Client Host so that you sync better with their Client
